Medical
Insurance:
An optional benefit offered to all employees through Blue Cross Blue Shield of
Texas. Terry Costa pays a majority of this benefit, and your share is deducted
from your paycheck, pretax.
Dental Insurance:
An optional benefit offered to all employees through Safe Guard.
Merchandise Discount:
Terry Costa provides a gradually increasing discount plan to all employees.
Vacation Pay:
All full-time employees are entitled to one-week vacation with pay after one
year of employment and two weeks after two years of employment.
Paid Holidays:
All full-time employees receive holiday pay for the following holidays;
Christmas Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day,
and Thanksgiving Day.
