Currently Hiring For The Following Positions:
We are currently hiring for Bridal Consultants, Fashion Consultants for prom and Customer service desk. Compensations is from $9.00 to $12.00 an hour plus a possibility of Commission. Some consultants can make from $15.00 to $22.00 an hour. We are open to 16 years of age and up. In addition, we are also looking to hire for our Spring Internship/ work program . Training starts the first of November and goes till the first week of May. The compensation is the same as above. You can see more about each individual positon below. Bridal Consultants: Terry Costa Bridal consultants are a bride’s best friend! Bridal consultants value the relationships they create with their brides. Our consultants listen to our brides and seamlessly merge their bridal vision with our expertise in fit and style. Our bridal consultants enjoy the best selection of bridal gowns in the area, making it easier than ever to create the perfect aisle style for our clients. Enjoy endless opportunities to earn commissions in our full service salon, including bridesmaids, accessories, flower girls, mother of the occasion styles and one-of-a-kind gowns your brides can't find anywhere else. Day to day responsibilities include bridal consultations, maintaining and advancing your client list, contacting clients re: upcoming events, shows and sales, maintaining the bridal department and providing input when requested regarding bridal buying, etc. Bridal consultants are often asked to step into seasonal sales positions as well, working with prom, homecoming or mother of the occasion clients. Previous experience is preferred but not required. Our training sessions and materials will provide you with all the tools you will need to exceed in our growing department. Must be available at peak times, including nights and weekends

Executive Team Members: The Terry Costa Executive Team works tirelessly to cultivate a cohesive and cooperative culture within our team. We know our guests recognize our commitment to teamwork and appreciate the full-service shopping experience at Terry Costa. Our Executive Team offices are located only a few feet from the sales floor, allowing for a hands-on experience with our guests that we appreciate and value. Nearly all of our Executive Team members are former Terry Costa Interns, all are college graduates, and all were promoted from within. Terry Costa Executive team members are dedicated to the Terry Costa business, brand, and most importantly, YOU!
Fashion Consultants: Our fashion consultants are dedicated to our guests, first and foremost. Their experiences are varied and valued but all share a common passion for fashion and commitment to our guests. All our fashion consultants are hard-workers, creative thinkers and genuinely excited about the opportunity to assist our guests in their search for a fabulous fashion find for prom, homecoming or charity event. Day to day responsibilities include maintaining and advancing your client list, contacting customers re: events, sales and new arrivals, maintaining their dressing rooms and department in general, providing input and suggestions regarding buying decisions and practices, etc. Must have a clear understanding of our inventory tracking system and a basic knowledge of technology (provided at training). Previous experience is not required--our training sessions and materials will provide you will all the tools you need to master our systems. Must be available at peak times, including nights and weekends.
Receptionists and Cashiers: When our clients first enter Terry Costa they will always be greeted by a cheerful, eager face, ready to point them in the right direction. Our receptionists are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our phone-in customers and help us process orders and maintain our customer database. Our receptionists and cashiers make sure each shopping experience is a positive one, from the time our guests walk through the front door to the moment we hand them their gorgeous gown in the iconic Terry Costa striped bag! The best applicants will have basic math skills and a willingness to learn a unique system of inventory tracking and POS system. Previous experience is not required--our training sessions and materials will provide you will all the tools you need to master our systems. Must be available at peak times, including nights and weekends.
Part-time and Seasonal Team Members: The Terry Costa team works tirelessly year-round but we are especially busy from January to May during Prom and Bridal season. This is the time when we are fortunate enough to be reunited with our part-time seasonal help! These team members share our full-time team members’ dedication to helping you select the perfect garment for all your springtime celebrations. Part time team members join us on the weekends during our peak season, helping us maintain the highest level of customer service, even during in our highest-volume days and during our exciting events.
Support Team Members: Support team members are a crucial part of our team’s success! Support members ensure every detail of our store is maintained at the highest level. They take pride in safeguarding our stock, making sure garments are rehung properly and merchandise is orderly and tidy on our sales floor. This creates the best possible shopping experience and allows our fashion and bridal consultants to focus completely on our guests, providing the highest level of customer service.
